I just wanted to thank you for your continuing support and flexibility to our support workers we have that need additional support, the boost this gives to their confidence is fantastic particularly for those that haven’t got many or even any formal qualifications.

I think that using our own policies/risk assessments etc. has definitely made a difference especially to support workers who have never undertaken support work before as they can see how care plans etc. are put into daily practice
