Hertfordshire County Council – Ofsted report
Flexible Training have been involved with Hertfordshire County Council in providing our Level 2 and Level 3 Health and social care programme, they have met the high standards we expect of our providers.
The candidates they have worked with have been across the whole of Hertfordshire which have included day workers shift workers and night workers, they have enabled these staff around 100 people, to achieve their awards. Some of our staff have special assessment needs which they have been able to meet, in one case a gentleman who had no qualifications due to his needs was able, with additional support from his assessor to achieve a Level 2 qualification which lead to him getting a promotion within our organisation after 14 years good service. To quote him “this has been life changing and has given me confidence across my life”.
Flexible Training also worked with us on the Apprentice scheme for 16-19 year old in Social Care. Partnered with North Herts College they undertook what was a complex piece of work as this was being used as a case study by Skills for Care both regionally and nationally.
The company have also supported us at very short notice in delivering courses such as Basic First Aid, Health and Safety and Challenging Behaviour.
To conclude, Flexible Training has always offered, and continues to offer us a top quality service.
